I would request you to kindly mention the name and details of the counselling in which you are taking part because without this I won't be able to guide you in an organized manner.

But for income certificate , there must criteria mentioned in the counselling in which you are taking part and so accordingly make your income certificate. If you are applying scholarship or availing any fee remission on the basis of family income you need to submit your income certificate.
