No, you are not eligible for obc category.

This is because,

You are a general category student.

Those general category student who family income is less than 8 lakhs per annum are eligible for ews category.

Now,

You could apply for EWS because your family income must be less than 8 lakhs.

But when it comes to obc reservation, then it is based on caste.

Now,

Only those caste who belong to obc category are  eligible for obc reservation.

You being a general category, you cannot apply for obc category certificate as your caste doesn't fall into obc.

Anyway,

Just for the sake of it, you can verify if your caste in the central list of obc/your respective state list .
