Your overall rank can be calculated by (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. It is difficult to tell you the exact cut off of 2020 because the cut off changes every year ans it depends on factors like Number of students appeared in the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, Number of seats available in the college etc but we can predict the cut off by seeing the previous year cut off.
