For being eligible for Fee waiver Seat You Must have family income lesser then 1 Lakh no matter which category you belong too General or OBC or SC. But in AKTU government provides Scholarship. About 50-60K for OBC students just income Should be lower then 6 lakhs with no parent's In government service. You can try for that.

You are eligible for Fee Waiver Program. 

For economically poor students their is fee waiver scheme by UP Government, according to that candidate whose family income is less than 6 lakh per year will come under Tuition Fee Waiver scheme. Every college have an additional 5% seats for economically weaker students. So candidate are require to submit all required document ( certificate no.12 (Income Certificate) ) related to fee waiver seat during UPTU AKTU.
