Well!! Everyone has their own residence certificate ,  state will helps you in reservation in colleges na ,so during that they will ask for residence certificate , of whatever place you will give they consider that , all the best

But during filling of application form they said that state of eligibility and 12th class state should be same

Nope!! If you have a proof as residence certificate then they will consider as per that certificate as wel!!
What we do actually ,you have adhar na, what address you fill in that they will consider that , it was like that not like from which state you gave exam, NTA is national level not a state level!!
