As per your question. And as per my information straight answer is NO. Minority status is given to different religions. For Instance Jews,Sikhs, Christian as there population is very much less. And by giving them minority status there right as protected as per Indian Constitution. Muslims are also under minority but recently they have been under question. As there population is high. Still if you belong to Hinduism no matter which caste you are in majority not minority.
