The cutoff varies every year for different nit's depending upon their branch . The exam conducting authority will look into a number of factors for determining the cutoff of JEE main 19 for top NITs. Prominent among them are:
Cutoff trends of previous years

Generally scoresabove 130 shallbe considering very good for Computer science engineering in Home state quota in Top NITs.
