i belongs to up but completed 11 and 12 from a school of rajasthan. in this case which is my homestae

Hii,

If you have the domicile of Uttar Pradesh then UP will be considered as your home state. But you can also apply for admission to UG courses in Rajasthan colleges as you are studied from Rajasthan.

Your Home State would be UP (you must have residential certificate of that state).

Hello Sajjad

Since you have completed your 11 and 12 from Rajasthan. So simply Rajasthan would be considered as your homestate and you'd be given the home quota in the regional colleges.
