Yeah! the eligibility for NEET 2022 (minimum age criterion) will be Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022.  As a result, you can obviously go for NEET 2022 provided you must have PCB in your 10+2 with 50% marks in the NEET 2022.
