I born on 9.11.1988.i already given 4 attempt. can I give my last attempt in 2023 upsc exams. As iam eligible for my mains and interviews too

hello aspirant,

If you are from general category then according to upsc your maximum age limit should be 32 years and only 6 attempts are allowed and since you were born in 1988 hence in 2023 your age would be 35, and you would be of 34 while filling the form as it gets out around in 2nd month of the year, so in either case you won't be able to sit for upsc

But of you belong to some other category then there's a chance.

  • for obc there's a relaxation of 3 extra years
  • for sc/st there's a relaxation of 5 extra years
