Yes you will have to sign the same signature otherwise you will be disqualified from the examination. As the correction window is closed and tomorrow itself is the examination so there are no other options for you. If you will sign the different signature then it will against the guidelines of NEET. So in this it is better option to sign the same signature as you mentioned in the application form.
