Yes , you can apply for Indian air Force after completing m tech in Aerospace engineering.

You will have to appear for CDS and AFCAT

CDS is combined Defence Service , the entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice a year. This entrance test is for candidates who wish to become a pilot.

For technical entries you have to appear AFCAT ( Airforce Common Admission Test) . By qualifying this test you can join Indian Air force as Commissioned officer in Flying, Ground duty ( Technical) , Ground duty non technical branches .
