Yes you can do BCA and MCA after class 12.

If I tell about subjects in class 11 than you can take any subjects according to your interest as it won't affect your eligibility to do BCA.

But I will prefer you to choose maths and information technology (IT) with other subjects as it would be helpful for you in future and it'll give you required basic knowledge in bca and MCA.
