420 is a nice score but still for a good govt college you must have a score above 550. Especially this year when we are going to have a good rise in cut off. Wait for the results and see if you can get a bds or other seats with this score. Don't lose heart rather continue your studies and get a score above 550. That's a safer score for getting a seat in medical college.
