Hello,

Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupathi is  a Government Institute and all the seats in the institute are filled through Convener Quota. To get admission in to Computer Science Engineering you need to appear for AP EAPCET and qualify in it. There is no provision to get admission based on JEE Main score. You can get admission in a private college under Category-B based on JEE Main score. So you have to seek admission in a private college accepting JEE Main score if you haven't appeared for AP EAPCET.
