After 10th you have to take admission in class 11 than passing class 11 you will be elevated to class 12.

It seems irrelevant to jump 11th class as it not makes any sense. You need marksheets for admission in every college after 12th without complete marksheets they disqualify you. As admission processes are very strict these days you are suggested not to take any actions that may create mess after for highet studies.
