Usually a huge traffic on the portal causes it's slow down and thus, difficulty in getting the documents. You can try a few more times at different days and time and you may get the admit card when the server runs well. If the problem continues, do contact the respective helpdesk within time limit so that they can guide you or help solve the issue. Hope this helps.
