Amit, at this point in time all major entrance examinations and admissions have been put on hold and all schedules for examinations have been postponed. You haven't mentioned regarding which form are you enquiring about. Neverthless, if your annual income from all sources hasn't changed since the last time you got your EWS Certificate, we would suggest you to select EWS as your Category. And as all admissions will only happen after the current lockdown period is over, may be after May 17th you can get your certificate renewed.
