first of all , take the thumb impression on a clear page and make sure the ink colour is visible on the page. now go to a cyber cafe and scan it with proper resolution , if you have already try to fill up the form from chrome brower, this time use other internet browser like mozilla firefox or opera or internet explorer. you may take halp from cyber cafe authority. also clear the caches before you open the application window.
