If you has change your name through gazette india and also you have published your new name in local newspaper then you need to Change your name in all your proofs like aadhar card,pan card,all your academic records and then along with affidavit that your name has changed you then can apply for mba with new name.You can contact the college in which you are applying for mba and can ask the necessary documents required to proceed further.
