Hey dear.... don't be fear It's ok if you have done mistake in choosing Basic Maths and Standard maths .....well I am also a 10th grader and waiting for the results of academic session (2021-2022)....well If you want to opt PCM in class 11th .......YES!! ITS TOTALLY POSSIBLE ...A BIG THANKS TO CBSE......After thr the declaration of your 10th board CBSE announces Compartment exam datesheet so you have to give that Compartment exam ( a standard version of maths paper) ...... after that result of compartment exam will come on official website of CBSE and after that you will be able to opt PCM in class 11 ....for more detail contact your class teacher or maths teacher.....Give your best babes!!!! No, if you are seeking admission in PCM stream in class 11th in CBSE board then you cannot go for it with Basic Mathematics in class 10th. As per the rules if any candidate wants to opt for PCM stream in class 11th and 12th then he/she should mandatorily opt for standard Mathematics in class 10th, otherwise he/she would not be eligible for PCM stream but with Basic Mathematics, the candidate will be eligible for other streams like PCB, Commerce, Arts.
