You can apply for Neet 2020 because in neet 2020 there no any upper age limt .but you must have to fulfill the the educational qualification eligibility condition which is given below

Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Chemistry, Biology and Physics as mandatory subjects. They must have scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate and in each subject too. OBC/ SC/ST candidates must have scored a minimum of 40% while PwD candidates must score at least 45% in the qualifying exam.
