You won't receive any call regarding certificate verification process. You have to visit the nearest help line centre to get your documents verified.
This is the schedule of the counselling process-

Certificate/Document verification process - August 5th to August 9th
Web option entry- August 7th to August 12th
Seat allotment- August 16th to August 19th
