Well, it completely depends on your interest as if you wish to make a career in the science field only then you can go for MSc but if you think you have a business-oriented mind then you can go for MBA as it will provide you with better scope in terms of both placements and career.

PS- It will be good if you appear for an entrance exam and then take admission through that.
