Hello Harsh,

As such there is no specific qualification required for app development, unless you want to assosciate with some institute and work as a professional. Your knowledge and experience in the field of app development can fetch you the same offers as it would have been to a university student.

Since you mentioned you are a B.Com (//B.Com) students, there is no chance that you do a BCA degree and then apply for a college, or do MCA, in order to sit for on capmus placements in the field of app development. Instead I would suggest you to work as an independent candidate, learn from online open sources and create your own apps. You can work as a freelancer or gain contracts for companies by making apps for these companies. What matters most is you expertise in creating apps, and not your academic qualifications. You may write blogs to showcase your skills.

Hope this helps

Regards.
