Yes you can very well study B.Tech.It will help you to gain more knowledge and also it will raise your qualification and mainly the job opportunities.Since you have already studied diploma, B.Tech will be easy for you when compared with other students.You will have more practical knowledge when you complete your B.Tech and if you put in some hard work, you can easily land in a core job.
