yes you can. Actually NIOS is a government recognised board under the ministry of Human Resource Department,Indian government. So if you have completed your 10 + 2 Level from NIOS you can easily go for any government jobs ok and apply any universities. Hope this will help you

Nios is a government authorised body and thus you will have no issue in government jobs until and unless in some of the jobs (which is rare written that regular schooling is required) which is not seen in government jobs generally. So do not worry.
