If you completed 12 with PCM and now you want add biology as additional subject then first you can enroll in National institute of open schooling (NIOS) ,TO become eligible for NEET you can appear biology as a additional subject though NIOS  ,Once you complete biology as a additional subject,you will eligible for NEET exam .

To be eligible for NEET and MBBS admission, Biology is compulsory in Class 12.

Since you passed 12th with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) and did not have Biology, you have two main options:

1. Do Biology as an Additional Subject from a recognised board (like NIOS or your state board). After passing Biology, you can apply for NEET.

2. Repeat Class 12 with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). This is another way to become eligible.

Make sure the board you choose is recognised by NMC (National Medical Commission). Without Biology, you can't appear for NEET or get MBBS admission.
