Hello T Shrinivas , Yes , you can definitely go for masters in architecture after b.architecture  

Only graduates in architecture are eligible for admission to the master's degree course in architecture ( M.arch.)

Take it as a privilege. Nobody else ( except civil engineering graduates in certain specialisation areas ) can take up the M.Arch. programme.
