After completing a bachelor's degree, a certificate or a diploma course from an institute, one can join any hotel as an intern. One can also opt for an apprenticeship in the hotel after graduating from class 12. A trained chef will find many opportunities in hotels and restaurants. They will also get placements in the air catering industry, food processing companies, catering in confectioneries, cruise, clubs and corporate companies. One can also think about setting up their own business related to food and catering.
