Here I am giving you the eligibility criteria for education qualification for neet exam -

Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Chemistry, Biology and Physics as mandatory subjects. They must have scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate and in each subject too. OBC/ SC/ST candidates must have scored a minimum of 40% while PwD candidates must score at least 45% in the qualifying exam

so if you got the minimum marks for eligibility then yes you are eligible for applying neet exam but the registration form of neet 2020 has been closed for this year.so if you want to give the neet exam then you can apply in next year.
