Ideally the MS is done after completing any graduate course. So, initially you have to complete your graduation course and then give your GRE if you are still interested for pursuing Masters.

It is great that wish to do MS nad compete through GRE but this is a bit early to give the GRE Examinations. You can get admission into B.Tech and then start your preparations then after 2 years of preparation you can apply for GRE in your pre-final year or final year. You will get great results.

It's good you want to start your preparation way in advance. However the basic minimum qualification is 10+2+4 to sit for the exam, so you will be able to sit after completing Btech. But like i said, its better to start your prep through college mid way so that you dont take up any more time post completion of graduation
