Its clearly mentioned that The last date of the final registration procedure of AIIMS MBBS application form 2019 is March 12, after which no request for extension will be entertained.

Dear Rishikesh, AIIMS has closed its final registration process as on March 12th and there has been no official notification regarding any extension of the last date. Unfortunately without making the payment, you cannot select the Exam city and cannot click on 'Submit' option which is the indication that you have reached to the final stage of application. These are all interrelated. Sorry to disappoint you but you cannot fill in the application now.

As of now there is no such option to pay the fees now. The registration process is over and has been closed by the authorities.
Incase they provide any chance and extend the date, it will be informed through the official website itself by as of now there is no such information or notice of date extension.
So, you can not proceed forward you will have to wait for the next chance next year.
