Hlo dear,

It might due to some technical problem, you can wait for some days and then again submit it. If still their is some problem then you can take help from the help desk or write an email to them.

It might be due to some technical errors,you can wait for 1-2 days and then again submit your counselling form.Still if the problem persists then you can enquire about this from the helpdesk on the website of TANCET or drop them an email regarding the issue.
