You have not mentioned for which post you are trying to apply.You are facing this problem maybe because of the following reasons

• You have not fulfilled the eligibility criteria.Check the eligibility criteria for the post you are applying for.
• Institutes recognized by AICTE, UGC etc will be in the list of the colleges.
• Server error.
