Yes, you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination even if you have done your inter from an open board provided it should be recognised one like NIOS etc

This is because,

Eligibility of  students from NIOS and other open boards is in Supreme Court but until the supreme court gives its judgement ,students of nios and all other recognised open boards are eligible for Neet examination provided they fulfill Neet eligibility criteria provided below :-

Neet 2021 eligibility criteria says that to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th  examination or should have passed 12th  examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

• at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

• at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc/St

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

So, if you meet this criteria then with your qualification you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination even if you are from NIOS or any other recognised open board.

Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
