You can use the domicile of the state from where you have passed your class 12th examination and in your case it is Uttar Pradesh. So therefore you will be considered as the domicile of Uttar Pradesh and you should use the domicile of Uttar Pradesh in your NEET UG and you will get the benefits of state quota of Uttar Pradesh in counselling for NEET UG.
