As in many schools the 12th marksheet you get takes some time. So you can upload your online marksheet that you got when you have checked your marks online I.e:; from official cbse website. Now a accordingly it works as a proof of marksheet so it will be counted as valid. Moreover, you should keep a printed copy of online marksheet with you to overcome any further clashes.
