Hello,

First of all,i would like to tell you that in almost all the counselling the students first register for the 1st round, and with the same choices they are alloted an upgraded seat.

So if you haven't registered for the first round,then how can you participate in the second round.

So the procedure will be that you can contact the counselling committee for this issue or you mzay join any other institute.
