I DID NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN ANY ROUND OF MCA COUNSELLING AND I DID NOT WITHDRAW 40K AMOUNT ....CAN I PARTICIPATE IN SPOT ROUND?

Yes you can participate in spot counseling round as they are open for all students who didn't get their desired college or any college during counseling however you have to separately pay the registration fee for that it isn't included in your counseling fee.
