Hello,

ICAI send a confirmation mail on your email id after registering for CA foundation.you can login with your id and password to get details.registration number is alloted to students in a month after applying for CA foundation.

So wait they will send you registration number on your registered email id within a month.or if the issue does not resolved write them on ssp.helpdesk@icai.com (mailto:ssp.helpdesk@icai.com) .
