AIIMS provides status of registration to the candidates.It tells you whether  your application has been accepted or rejected or whether you need to make any necessary change. You can know about the details by log-in to your account on the official website of AIIMS. While making the corrections in the forms AIIMS send acknowledgment email regarding the status of the application.If one has not received any such confirmation email then the registration process of form is still incomplete.
