Hello friend I am very sorry to say that if you can change the quto once you have filled the form. The general counselling seat will be alloted to you during the counsellling process. So it is adviced to fill the form with care and proof-read it once or twice after filling it. Now you will be alloted a seat if you clear the rank for the general seat.
