I didn't attend Practical Mock test and they are saying that people who didn't attend the mock test will not be eligible to write Final Practical Exams! is it true? How to deal? Will Medical Certificate can work?

If you missed the practical mock test, it's possible that the rules state you may not be eligible for the final practical exam. However, you can try providing a valid medical certificate to explain your absence. Approach your instructor or administration with the certificate and request consideration. They might make an exception depending on the circumstances, especially if the absence was due to a legitimate medical reason.
