I didn't download my seat allotment letter of second round and now third round started.Can I download it at the time of third round result ?

Hi Shivam, thanks for your query.

The seat allotment letter must be downloaded when the result is declared because when the third round result is declared you might be alloted a different seat then the one alloted to you in second round.

So, you will get the seat allotment letter of new seat.
