See, as you have mentioned that you did not get a seat in CSAB Special Round,  then 1500 amount will be deducted and refunded to your bank account which was provided by you .You will have to enclosed a cancelled cheque or give your bank details for refund.

So, don't worry you will get the money back!!!!

See usually the fee reimbursement takes about a month and half to process. You definitely won't get it right away. For now you will have to submit your accound details etc and by the end of the month they start to refund it. You will have to be patient.
