Hello Sumita,
Let me help you.
CSAB will soon announce the schedule of refund. If you did not get any seat in CSAB counseling or you cancelled your allotted seat, then you will have to apply for refund after CSAB counseling is over through their official website -
http://csab.nic.in/
You will be refunded Rs. 35,000 as Rs.1500 is charged as processing fee.
The refund process will take some time.

I didn't get seat in csab and i didn't get refund also till no so i want to know how much time they refund my money back and what is the process of getting it.
