If you were not alloted any college in the two rounds of CSAB counselling then you will be refunded the amount around 1 or 1.5 month after the counselling. It usually take some time as it is a bank procedure and so many students are to be refunded the money. The details regarding refund procedure is mentioned in the information brochure which is available on the official site of CSAN. Have a look at it.
