In case of seat allotted, candidates have to download their allotment letter and report to the centre to select their preferred option (freeze, float or slide) for the seat allotted. If you haven't been alloted any seat, don't need to visit the arc. When you will be alloted a seat for the first time, visit the arc at that time.
