Hii Sangeetha!
This just means that their is an issue with the server. Don't worry. Due to the huge traffic, the server is working slow. You can try opening the page at different times or for 1-2 days. The hall ticket may appear. If the problem still continues, contact the official helpdesk. Hope this helps.
